The Imaginarium Tech team is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce support unit dedicated to providing exceptional services, programming and support across multiple online platforms, to our internal customers across the entire DooDah LLC organizations 7 divisions.

A highly organized and detail-oriented Listings Manager to join our team and ensure our product listings are optimized and consistently updated across Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, and other cross-listed marketplaces in line with each divisions objectives and key strategies.

Job Overview:
The Listings Manager will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across various online marketplaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both the development and marketing teams to drive sales and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1.  Product Listing Creation & Optimization:
Develop and create high-quality product listings for Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Optimize listings for search engine visibility and customer engagement, including writing compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
Ensure accurate and consistent product information across all platforms, including pricing, images, specifications, and availability.

2.  Cross-Platform Management:
Manage and update listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure consistency and compliance with each platform’s guidelines.
Handle bulk uploads and updates efficiently using platform tools and third-party software.

3.  Daily Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor listing performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics such as sales performance, listing visibility, and inventory levels.
Track and address any issues or discrepancies related to product listings promptly.

4.  Communication & Collaboration:
Partner with the development team to ensure seamless integration of listings with website functionality and inventory systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align listings with promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and provide regular updates on listing status and performance.

5.  Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with platform policies and standards.
Address and resolve any listing-related issues, including customer inquiries and feedback.

6.  Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance listing strategies and performance.
Propose and implement new processes or tools to improve listing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing product listings across Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in using listing tools and software (e.g., Bulk upload tools, SEO tools).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
