Se trata de crear una aplicación móvil disponible para teléfonos celulares de gama baja y media que permita leer a los usuarios, compartir lo que leen, comentar lo que leen en video y audio y acceder a hipervículos de video (youtube) Audio e imagen asociados al material de lectura sin salir de la aplicación. Idealmente la aplicación debe correr en offline. Debe permitir la administración total de contenidos pues se pretende actualizar de manera semanal.
