Necesito desarrollar un programa en phyton desde google colab, que reconozca placas de vehiculos menores(motocar y mototaxi), pero que no reconozca las placas de autos y otros vehiculos.
El programa debe convertir a texto la placa y reconocer el nombre del propietario de la moto, junto con otros datos del mismo.
