Tengo un sistema web en php, javascript, html y mysql, requiero un sdk o codigo o libreria para llamar la camara de dispositivos moviles y  que lea los codigos de barras en formato ean 13 y code 128 y regrese la informacion a mi sistema web, que sea preciso y rapido. Que  enfoque y capture el codigo  aunque la camara no sea de alta calidad
