We seek an experienced freelancer to spearhead our lead generation and sales initiatives for our interior design firm focused on the London residential market. The selected individual will be responsible for sourcing and vetting quality leads from homeowners, property owners, estate agents and contractors operating in the London area.

Leads must be corroborated and checked against telemetry preference services and corporate telemetry preference services to ensure only genuine prospects are pursued. The ideal candidate will employ a multifaceted outreach strategy encompassing both digital and traditional promotional activities to attract potential clients. Direct mail, email campaigns, local advertising, strategic alliances and networking shall be leveraged to maximize reach within our target London neighbourhoods.

Prospects will need to be carefully qualified to filter those seeking high-end residential interior design services.

Superior communication, initiative and meticulous documentation are a must to keep management well-informed of successes, challenges and optimization areas. Creativity and persistence are essential traits for this opportunity, which is focused on expanding our presence in the lucrative London home improvement vertical. The right candidate will be a self-starter who hits the ground running to propel our sales and gains.
