We are seeking a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our staffing team, focusing on placing professionals such as Project Managers, Security Analysts, Business Analysts, Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, Program Managers, and Accountants. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new business leads, as well as building relationships with potential clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification: Proactively research and identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions for roles such as Project Managers, Security Analysts, Business Analysts, Sales Reps, Sales Leadership, Program Managers, and Accountants.
Outreach: Contact and engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our staffing services and qualify their needs.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine the staffing needs of potential clients, passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations to create opportunities for future business.
Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and staffing needs to refine lead generation strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the staffing industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of staffing solutions and recruitment processes for roles like Project Managers, Security Analysts, Business Analysts, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and motivation.
Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in staffing for industries such as IT, finance, and sales.
Familiarity with staffing industry trends and client needs in the placement of mid- to senior-level professionals.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
