Lead Generation - Business 2 Business / Business to Customer for Architecture & Design Practice

I am an 5 years senior independent architect and designer currently too busy to manage my own sales, interested in expanding my reach and streamlining my job-searching process.
I have been too busy working in my area, so, I haven't invested that much time and resources into managing my brand and client-searching strategies. I need a dedicated freelancer that can dedicate time to get me in touch with businesses or customers in need of the services I offer:
-Architectural Project Management & Design
-Architectural Drafting.
-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Design & Projects.
-3D modeling & Virtual Staging for Architecture, Interior and Furniture Design.
-Architectural Visualization, Rendering & Graphics.

The ideal applicant has experience, contacts related to, or personal interest in architecture, design, construction or fabrication.

I intend to create a long-term relationship with the right freelancer, as this is an area of my business I am not necessarily interested in anymore, and I know a professional will get better results than me, on my own.

Hopefully I can start a business relationship with a freelancer under a flat rate in the beginning. I am interested in establishing a commission-based retribution to the chosen freelancer, that can go from 10% to 30% of the earnings I make out of this venture.
