- We need assistance processing orders on our eCommerce platform + responding to customers
- This role requires 40 hours per week for at least the next 3 months.
- You must speak English + Spanish for live web chat support (no phone)
- You will be given access to ChatGPT plus for formulating responses properly in English.
- Located in US time zone (so Latin America is ideal)
- Experience with CRM systems & eCommerce is a plus
- Looking for someone who is very organised
- Includes paid training for 1-2 weeks.
- Opportunity for being promoted in the company with higher pay.

Contexto general del proyecto

We sell large framed art prints on Shopify to the US market. You will be processing orders, responding to customer enquiries & keeping tabs of spreadsheets etc. It is best suited to someone who is very organised. My Chilean girlfriend currently manages this & she will train you over Zoom how to complete each task.
