We recently deployed a 14-questions long survey to customers of our small online bookstore, and obtained 25 responses. When looking at the results, it seems as though the respondents are likely two or more differentiated customer segments.

We would like your help processing the raw data to help us identify the customer segments using a statistical method. I'm familiar with kmeans clustering but if you know of a different approach, that's also fine.
