We are seeking talented illustrators who can produce diverse and vibrant illustrations. Your artwork will play a crucial role in bringing our stories to life and providing a magical reading experience for children. Equity and revenue share opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

- Create engaging, colorful, and high-quality illustrations for personalized children's books.
- Develop diverse characters that represent a wide range of ethnicities, cultures, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Utilize digital illustration tools to produce artwork efficiently and maintain a consistent style.
- Adapt and modify illustrations based on feedback to meet our quality standards and customer preferences.
- Manage deadlines and deliver illustrations on schedule.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in illustrating children’s books or similar projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and diverse character illustrations.
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar software.
- Ability to create vibrant and engaging illustrations that appeal to children.
- Ability to create illustrations that can be easily adapted for various personalization options (e.g., Different skin tones, hairstyles, etc.).
- Willingness to try and experiment with new AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on personalized or interactive books.
- Understanding of the importance of diversity and representation in children’s literature.
- Ability to create illustrations that can be easily adapted for various personalization options (e.g., Different skin tones, hairstyles, etc.).
