Job Description:
We are looking for a french speaking freelance project coordinator to join our team in the field of sustainable development. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in executive assistance or secretarial work who are looking to transition into a more dynamic and impactful position. No prior expertise in sustainable development is required, as you will receive comprehensive training and support from our company.
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the key interface between our developing clients and our project suppliers.
• Manage and track the progress of projects from start to finish, ensuring client expectations are met and deliverables are provided on time.
• Facilitate smooth and effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Gain a thorough understanding of project needs and client requirements through company-provided training.
• Actively participate in follow-up meetings and strategic discussions to optimize project success.
