1) For Apple devices we need a Windows 10 app (CLI exe or dll) that will allow us: 
- to be able to factory reset the device without having to install the firmware again. Just reset the device.
- To skip the initial configuration steps

-For Android we need an App allowing us to skip the initial configuration steps.
We have seen on other app this capability using a nfc tag.
