El objetivo es integrar un formulario en la ficha de producto de WooCommerce y los datos recopilados deberan almacenarse en la orden de pedido.

La integración se haría en una tienda en línea y tenemos el siguiente enlace de referencia:

Se puede ver que el formulario tiene dos opciones una es Delivery y la segunda es Pickup
Al parecer ellos usaron el plugin de Gravity Forms, actualmente en el proyecto estamos ocupamos WPForms, pero no tenemos problema en cambiarlo para está funcionalidad en particular.
