Tenho uma ferramenta de automação de marketing (Sendpulse) que possui o atendimento e chatbot via WhatsApp. Quero integrar essa funcionalidade ao meu CRM (Bitrix24). Sei que inclusive é possível fazê-lo via Webhook, de modo que quando acontecer alguma conversa via WhatsApp registrado no Sendpulse com algum cliente do meu CRM, todo o histórico de conversas e mensagens fique indexado ao cliente da conversa no Bitrix24.
