El desarrollo es independiente, y tendrá un diseño modular para la gestión de facturas electrónicas. Se necesita realizar un ejemplo por cada funcionalidad descrita en el documento. También será necesario notificar todos los requisitos para poder realizar la facturación. Esto debido a que estos ejemplos serán integrados a un sistema.
