Soy usuario de Salesforce desde hace 6 años.
En su verisón 2020 habilitó la integración con Whatsapp.
Adquirí una licencia de Salescloud.


Ya tengo la API de whatsapp habiitada y el canal de mensajería activo.
Necesito configurar Onmicanal para poder leer y responder mensajes de whatsapp desde Salesforce
También integrar Instagram para leer directo en Salesforce los comentarios en placas.
