Necesitamos integrar un CRM de Zendesk con:

Instagram
Mercadolibre
Whatsapp

Si bien Whatsapp no es un sistema empresa, no hay mucho flujo de mensajes, la idea es centralizar los canales.

En el caso de mercadolibre el nivel de integracion es para recibir y responder preguntas de las publicaciones, si los avisos de calificacion pueden ir via email no haria falta considerar este nivel de integracion ya que el email es un canal actual del CRM

En lo que respecta a Instagram, es requisito poder responder mensajes Inbox, si seria deseado tambien poder dar respuesta a comentarios.
