1) Toda vez que a conversa é aceita por um usuário no Chatwoot, pausa o fluxo de atendimento no Typebot.

2) Toda vez que a conversa é fechada por um usuário no Chatwoot, retorna o fluxo de atendimento no Typebot.

Se tivermos êxitos nessa primeira integração, precisarei de outras integrações, entre outras plataformas.
