Utilizamos o BotConversa para atender nossos clientes via WhastApp. Nossa necessidade é informar preços de pneus ao cliente automatizadamente a partir de uma planilha ou do nosso banco SQL. Ex.: O cliente informa a medida no formato correto, essa medida é buscada de uma base (planilha ou SQL) integrada ao bot via WebHook, talvez, e respondida ao cliente instantaneamente.
