Tengo la imagen ISO de monterrey (16.1 GB) y quiero instalarla en mi equipo con ubuntu 22.04LTS mediante virtual box,

no se permiten otro emulador, debe ser virtual box

las características de mi equipo:
Graficas FTX 1050 4GB
RAM 16GB
DISCO M2 500GB
PROCESADOR Intel® Core™ i3-10100 CPU @ 3.60ghz × 8

solo aplicar si saben como hacerlo, con videos de youtube ya intente de todo pero durante el proceso la maquina se reinicia y no termina.
