Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)
• Lead Qualification:  Qualify leads for follow-up by the sales team.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between clients and agents.
• Database Management: Organize and maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate client details and call notes.

Project overview

Schedule: monday- thursday 9:00am-12:00pm (est) 12 hours/week base pay starts at : $300-$400 monthly(depends on experience) plus: i will pay you a bonus per every successfully closed sale requirements: • strong verbal english communication skills. • Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred. • Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM software and Google Workspace. • Highly organized with time management skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
