office: south east asian (malaysia/singapore)

department: marketing
reports to: influencer marketing
level: junior to midweight.
Budget: SG$4,000/ month

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
You will be at the forefront of building relationships with new influencers in South East Asia (along with neighbouring countries).
Plan and execute campaigns with influencers across numerous platforms - FaceBook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord & Telegram.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to plan and manage live Q&A with influencers and our expert accountants.
Work with the global influencer marketing team to replicate Osome UK’s success in Singapore.
Work collaboratively with the wider Brand team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities.
Work with the wider Performance Marketing and uk teams to repurpose ugc across channels.

Ideal candidate
Has 12 months + of experience in an influencer and affiliate marketing role.
Has driven high-quality leads from influencer and affiliate partnerships
Understands B2B marketing and has experience working with finance and business influencers
A natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with influencers and managers.
Social Media Obsessed. You’re up to date with all the latest trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord & Telegram).

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts etc.
Work with freelancers to research and identify relevant influencers - 600 per month.
Reach out to 600 influencers per month.
Sign 15 influencers per month.
Track and log influencer coverage on social media - you’ll manage over 40 campaigns.
Deliver 60 leads/per month.
Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand
Report on influencer performance weekly using Google Analytics (looker) and Impact/Tapfiliate.
Ensure influencers are paid on time - upfront/commission fees.
