Tenemos una aplicación hecha en apex pero no tengo experiencia en saml 2.0 y se necesita incorporar a la aplicación. También necesitamos exponer web services REST en la aplicación para interfaces. 

1) Incorporar la autenticación unica con SAML 2.0 a una aplicación desarrollada en APEX 4.2 que será migrada a 5.0 de Oracle.

2) Desarrollar un servicio muestra de publicación de servicio web REST para interfaz con otro sistemas.

Explicar y documentar como se realiza para que nuestro equipo pueda realizar el mantenimiento posterior.
