Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to convert warm inbound leads into booked demos for our sales team. You will interact with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our services—no cold calling is required. The role focuses on understanding their needs, answering basic questions, and scheduling them for a demo with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, or chat.
Build rapport with potential clients and understand their energy needs.
Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and determining their interest level.
Schedule demos for our sales team, ensuring that clients are booked efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the demo booking process.
Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Experience using CRM software (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
