Implementation of a page and form in Wordpress according to the figma model.

The aim is to implement a page focused on mobile devices but which can also be accessed on computers with a fluid and dynamic experience.

The page is an onboarding form. There are 10 screens that alternate between questions and visual elements.

Should be developed in Wordpress-Elementor and for the form you can use whatever is best for implementation and also for the user's fluid experience.

It's essential that the page is fluid and doesn't take long to load or crash. Speed of delivery is also very important.

Just a few examples of forms that can be used: Elementor Native Form, Gravity Forms.

Here is a detailed description of each stage and for a better view we recommend analyzing it together with the design proposed in the figma:

Step 1: Screen with button to start filling. The elephant image is a Lottie Animation file.

Step 2: Welcome screen which is displayed after being clicked anywhere on the screen or after 10 seconds if there are no clicks on the screen. The elephant on this screen is also a Lottie animation.

Steps 3-4: Multiple choice questions. Before the option is selected, it should be grayed out and not filled in. When clicked, it should be colored and have a check symbol. If it is deselected, it should return to its original color (gray).
At the top of the pages, there is a bar to show progress and it fills in a little with each screen. There is also a “Skip” button.

Step 5: Static screen showing some comments. The only interaction is clicking the continue button. The positioning and size of the comments should fit the size of the screen (as should all the elements).

Step 6: Age selector. The selector should simulate a wheel that can be scrolled up and down. The slightly darker pink bar is fixed and will indicate which value is being selected. In addition, the word “Select” should disappear after the first interaction.

Step 7: Gender questions which should follow similar guidelines to the multiple choice questions, but here only one value can be selected.

Step 8: Static screen showing some comments. The only interaction is to click on the Continue button.

Steps 9-10: Here is just a single screen that simulates a load with the progress bar being completed. In other words, the bar starts unfilled and is filled automatically in 15 seconds. After this the texts are changed and the button is displayed. The footer image is a lottie animation.

Step 11: End of filling in the form requesting name and e-mail. And a lottie animation in the footer.
