Se requiere una página web que permita ingreso mediante ID y contraseña, con log de ingreso.
Debe permitir crear los usuarios manualmente y mediante la opicón de importar los contactos desde un archivo en excel o csv.

Debe realizar alguna validación de seguridad para garantizar que el usuario es quien dice ser, ya sea mendiante alguna pregunta de seguridad o un mecanismo similar.
Se debe permitir enviar correo electrónico a los usuarios con información individual cargada también mediante un archivo en excel.
Al ingresar el usuario, debe aparecer en su dashboard información única según su cuenta.
