Implementacion de Notificaciones para React webapp y ReactNative App de www.tusecreto.io / http://app.tusecreto.io/download/

Ya está implementado Firebase Auth. Debemos notificar desde el appserver –desarrollado en Node.js– al usuario cuando uno de sus mensajes ha recibido una respuesta. Esa notificacion debe estar linkeada a un Dynamic Link que dirija a la web –desarrollada en React– (www.tusecreto.io/secret/12345) o a la pantalla de ese mismo mensaje (i.e.
Id=12345) la App en React Native.

Tambien implementar opción para activar/desactivar las notificaciones por nuevas respuestas desde la web/app y guardar la configuración del usuario en el appserver.
