Solicitamos implementar un chatbot básico que efectue un cuestionario de preguntas para perfilar clientes nuevos en 3 líneas de negocios (3 triggers diferentes o números) El chatBot debe solicitar información y almacenar en una base de datos de Sharepoint. Permitiendo así generar trazabilidad. Son aproximadamente 5 preguntas de perfilamiento de la oportunidad, después de realizadas estas preguntas, debemos transferir a Twilio Flex o al chat del asesor respectivo.
