Buscamos un experto en amazón aws que nos ayude a implementar plataforma omnicanal con la tecnología amazón aws.
Serían varias fases
1- Configuración de centralita de voz para 7 -10 personas. Con todas las funcionalidades que permita aws
2- añadir canales de mensajería; whatsapp business, sms y email
3- bots con inteligencia artificial
