Tenemos un software en la nube llamado Freshdesk, el cual no tiene la opción de transcripción de llamadas, pero únicamente en Ingles.

Buscamos a alguien que nos implemente el api de Google Cloud - Voice to text, para recibir el archivo de voz, transcribir, y devolver un texto resultante al programa.
