Identifying nationalities with machine learning techniques

Tenemos una enorme cantidad de patentes cuyos inventores se divulgan pero no sus nacionalidades. Utilizando un algoritmo de machine learning (ya desarrollado), la idea es implementarlo para identificar las nacionalidades de esos inventores.
La idea es lograr una alta accuracy y precision en el ajuste de los parámetros del algoritmo.
El proyecto es muy puntual y es basicamente replicar un código pero con el desafío de trabajar con patentes (y debería ser escalable).

We have a vast set of patents whose inventors are disclosed but not their nationalities. Using a machine learning approach (already developed), the idea is to implement it to identify the inventor's nationalities.
The idea is to achieve high accuracy and precision in fine-tuning the algorithm's parameters.
The project is very specific and is basically replicating a code but with the challenge of working with patents (and it should be scalable).
