Requiero ayuda para identificar el motivo por el que nuestras llamadas de telefonía IP tienen audio entrecortado. No sabemos si la falla puede estar en las configuraciones del firewall que nos da internet o en el servidor mismo de la telefonía. Requiero a un ingeniero con experiencia en redes para poder hacer pruebas y análisis del tráfico para identificar la causa de la mala calidad del audio en las llamadas, el mismo tema de audio ocurre ocasionalmente en las reuniones virtuales (Meet, Teams, etc)
