Necesito desarrollar una IA que sea capas de identificar palabras en un texto, el caso es el siguiente, tengo un texto de un remate judicial del cual debo extraer datos como, demandado, demandante, fecha de remate entre otros, actualmente utilizo la API de chaGPT, pero este no siempre acierta a lo que quiero(a veces deja a mitad un titulo, o no obtiene los nombres completos), por lo que estaba pensando en utilizar una IA preentranada y poder ajustarla para obtener la infomacion que si quiero
