I need windows console application which is a V2ray client that support vless & vmess.

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a v2ray client console application for me. This program must be compatible with the Windows operating system and written in C# language. The v2ray client should be able to support both vmess and vless protocols.

The freelancer must have enough experience in programming with C# and developing console applications. Networking knowledge is a plus and any previous work related to this project is welcome.

Additionally, I just need someone who is committed to making sure the app meets industry standards and is thoroughly tested before delivery. The result of this project should meet all my needs and should meet my expectations.

It is mandatory to comply with the following:
I need for a personal project to have a class to communicate directly with a server on which x-ui is installed.
1.This project should be created based on .net framework 2.1 and c#.
2.The main engine must be implemented based on a class that inherits from System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient or System.Net.Sockets.UdpClient.
3.No need to install any tools, even V2ray.core.
4.The only input available is a config string that is used in all v2ray clients such as v2rayN.
5.Unittest implementation is mandatory

Deadlines must be strictly adhered to as this project is time sensitive. If this is done right, there will be more projects in the near future.
