I need to create 2 codes in javascript for my form that allows me the following:


1- for the query script, the logic is as follows

Take the code placed in the entry (CODE_ID)
Search in the query file with extension (.txt)
the string of text that matches, loads the information of that match in the entries (FIRST_NAME) and (LLAST_NAME)

2- for the storage script, the logic is as follows
<! - the (send) button must be connected to click on the javascript function for storage in the file with extension (.txt), this function must collect the values of the entries (CODE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, INFORMATION1, INFORMATION2) and create a chain of records and save it in the storage file with extension (.txt)

It is important not to have to delete the existing records in the file, you must accumulate them, create a new record line within the file.
