This task is only related to Malaysia. So the va should be proficient in bm. You have to communicate with local bloggers.

Please consider, this is an English blog, but you need to communicate and organize the local Malaysian bloggers. That's why BM (Malaysian Language) is important.

What you have to do if you are selected,
1) You have to find, research existing bloggers and talk to them to write in our blog. You have to negotiate the payments with them. I'll provide more details later.



2) You are going to be the admin of the blog, that means this is an ongoing task. You have to proofread and edit articles if necessary.

3) You have to manage the social media platforms. Like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.

4) You have to research on marketing the blog such as SEO, you have to hire the right people for that.

5) Above details are just an overview I will provide more details when I assign the job. You can provide me how many hours will take to these tasks and we can arrange the payments accordingly. This is a continuing task rather than a single task and single payment.
