About the Position:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with advanced English skills to join our team, working with clients based in the United States, particularly in the Tampa, Florida region. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding their needs, and creating outstanding exterior design projects tailored to their preferences.

Responsibilities:
Conduct project alignment meetings directly with clients in English.
Design outdoor spaces, including pavers, woodwork, pools, fireplaces, and more.
Present initial design concepts and refine them based on client feedback.
Collaborate with the team to confirm measurements and oversee the project's implementation once the sale is finalized.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficiency in SketchUp.
Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray or Enscape.
Proven experience in Interior Design or Architecture.

Nice to Have:
Experience in sales.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Valid U.S. Visa is a plus

Our goal is to provide personalized designs that blend functionality and beauty, enhancing our clients' lifestyles.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, U.S. Business hours.
Time zone adjustment: Currently GMT-3 (2 hours ahead of Brazil), typically GMT-3 (1 hour ahead of Brazil).

Compensation:
We offer a trial period of one month to evaluate fit and performance, followed by a recurring contract for long-term collaboration.

Renovation of outdoor spaces. Our goal is to transform exterior areas into functional and sophisticated environments, offering complete and personalized solutions such as patios, pools, fireplaces, pergolas, landscaping, and more. We are expanding our team to meet the growing demand in the U.S. Market, particularly in the Tampa region, which values high-quality outdoor projects. The role of the interior designer will be essential in ensuring that clients’ expectations are not only met but exceeded through innovative and exceptional designs. The professional will conduct client meetings in English, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into initial design projects using tools such as SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape. Once the project is approved and finalized, the operational team will take over to implement the design. This workflow ensures a premium experience for the client, from planning to execution, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a professional who, in addition to mastering technical tools, possesses interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with our clients, enhancing Florida Outdoor Design's reputation as a leader in outdoor projects in Florida.
