I'm looking for customer service representative

I'm looking for customer service representative who can maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times.
Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner, ability to solve customer problems,ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot, ability to meet required goals and quotas, Basic computer skills Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Customer service representative must be able to  do data entry and  data analysis, virtual assistant and organizational support, working knowledge of MS Office. Communicating with customers through various channels.
