Hello,
I need some guidance probabbly setting the right way Jira. I need help with a quick question, solution. My only objective is to download an excel file that will inlclude all the fields but the majority is not showing up, they are empty. I need guidance how I could find a quick fix so I can get all the raw data so I came create my dashboards.
If needed we can coordinate a quick call to share my screen.

Necesito ayuda con una solucion rapida. Estoy tratando de bajar un reporte en jira que incluya toda la data cruda, el problema es que la mayoria de los campos salen vacios. Mi objetivo es tener un reporte que incluya toda la data cruda para levantar los dashboards.
