Hr system

To develop customize web based Human Resource Management system. The system must be able to
1) data base- record keeping of staff personal information including capability to upload their certificates and other related attachment (in pdf format) such as appraisal report, disciplinary record etc. Printing of staff personal info by selecting type of info required.
Note; number of staff not more than 30.
2) leave-system to allow leave application by staff and approval by manager before email automatically sent out to general email address notifying xx person is onleave. System also able to show and produce report of leaved applied, remaining leave etc.

3) TRAVEL-staff to apply for travel/outstation and approval by manager. The system also to include a platform for staff going outstation/travel to key in their claims/expenses including upload scan copy of bills/receipt and printing for submission to account dept for processing.
4) training-staff to apply/request for training including review/support by hod and finally approval/decline of training requested by  manager.
The system also to include evaluation of training attended.
5) ANNOUNCEMENT- Platform for company to publish memo and making general announcement to the staff
6) document management-staff able to access company term and condition, rules, policies, procedure etc.
