House remodelling

My client owns a house and he wants to have a 3D rendering of the outdoor part of the house.
The house is on a hill and has sea views so the house needs to include a larger terrace in the front (expand the current 4 meters forward). Below this 4 meter terrace we will find the lower stage of the house were currently there is an empty room and the additional terrace will be the ceiling of an outdoor section with a bbq (it should also have a kitchen sink, fridge, a dishwasher. But it will be outdoor so there should be a way to protect it), a large table, a fan in the ceiling and some sofa. The lower part of the house as i mentioned already exists (except what will go below the terrace) and should be designed as a children room with bunk beds. The more beds can fit the better. Be aware that at the end of the existing room there should be a small room that contains all the electric and water central installation.
As an addition, a pool should be created and all the trees should be taken out. For this reason, the terrain must be leveled up almost at the same level as the house ground stage. Leveraging of the level of the terrain i also want to include 2 garages.
