You will be provided with 200 URLs and will contact retailers from such list via email or form, asking a relevant query from a list.
You will fill, on a Google Sheets spreadsheet
How was the retailer contacted? (Email, Web submission form)
What was the message content
Initial contact date/time
Email account used
Destination email address
Then you will monitor your inbox for up to 3 (three) business days (i.e. Excluding Saturday and Sunday), and when you receive a response, you will click on the form URL and complete the remaning questions. The questions that you have included in the spreadsheet previously will be pre-populated in the form.
Did the retailer reply within 5 business days? (If they didn't reply, the test will end) - DO NOT consider automated responses, only responses that address your original question

How well was the issue resolved? (1-4 scale)
How good was service? (1-4 scale)
Response text - Copy and paste the response given by the retailers to your query (do not include automatic responses)
