Ensure the creation, modification and deletion of users and access cards at the sites.                Follow up on the execution of the backup of user information (information, Outlook).    
Inform users who do not comply with the backup generation.    Maintain the user backup log updated.                Create and delete users in the company's technology platforms according to the procedure.
Review and assign user requests and requirements in the GLPi platform.
Ensure compliance with the infrastructure change management process (when leading a change).Provide appropriate support when there is an incident that affects the service.
Register in the log of incidents that occur in the operation (internet channel downtime, power plant or ups incidents, application failures, etc.).                Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for incidents and infrastructure and security requirements.        "    Ensure compliance with the standards implemented for Information Security (soc-pci).                 Support the processes related to the QMS.
Report in a timely manner any incident in any process.
Propose improvement actions to meet the process objectives.    Support the analysis of vulnerabilities according to the classification made by the Security Analyst.
Support the Technology process when required in the tasks assigned to him/her.
