Help with Wordpress - Customers not able to select more than 2 choices of flavors (check box)

Hello, I sell chocolates on my website. We offer different size of boxes and different flavors. Customers can select a certain number of flavors based on the size of the box.
However, since Thursday, there has been an issue that is not allowing the customer to select more than 2 flavors regardless of the size of the gift box.  I have already updated all Plugins but it did not resolve the issue. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible as this is impacting our sales.
