The Agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team to produce high quality corporate and agent design projects from conception to delivery. Our Creative Team produces engaging, high-quality assets in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for print and digital design including print and digital collateral, motion graphics, infographics, landing pages, market reports, OOH, and more.
What You’ll Do
● Manage a high volume of time-sensitive agent and brand marketing collateral independently spanning across both print & digital channels (including but not limited to: mailers/postcards, brochures, logos, social, video, e-mail, web)
● Produce short form video/motion graphics and social media assets
● Create compelling custom presentations, illustrations, invitations, mailer campaigns, eblasts, and infographics
● Create websites and landing pages with strong aesthetics that are on brand and optimizes ui/ux
● collaborate with agents and corporate team members to leverage design to help them reach their goals
● we are looking for someone who is not only a talented designer but also great with executional details
○ make sure design processes are kept in place and provide accurate time estimates for delivery
○ monitor consistency of materials and ensure within established style guidelines
○ take things to the finish line of production including scheduling, selecting production media and materials that meet budget requirements, preparing print-ready files based on specs, and inspecting proofs
○ conduct image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation
○ keep internal asset management system organized and up to date

Who You Are:
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
● 3-8 years of design experience (design portfolio required)
● Strong written and verbal skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Proficiency in Adobe CC (proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
● HTML knowledge a plus
● Proven track record of implementing and leading creative operational processes
● Ability to effectively project manage deliverables and resources
● Superior internal/external customer service and communication skills
● Works well in a fast-paced and changing environment
● Able to own a project from start to finish, welcoming feedback and collaboration
● Strong understanding of asset production processes
