Gps and 4g Tracking Pcb Design

I need a pcb design for a tracker that uses both gnss and 4g technologies. The main purpose of the tracker is for tracking applications, so the design should be optimized for this function. The device will primarily operate in urban environments, so the design should take this into consideration.
