O Cenário é Basicamente o seguinte…

Tenho uma integração da openai em um software de atendimento. E consigo adicionar os agentes para responder as perguntas ele atende super bem por texto.

Porém nos agentes gostaria de adicionar os seguintes recursos…

* Ao cliente enviar áudio ele identificar que é áudio e responder seja por texto ou por áudio (O que for viável para o agente, não tenho preferência.)

* Verificar os horários disponíveis na agenda mais não marcar! Essa parte seria acionado um novo agente talvez consiga fazer isso no próprio sistema

seria possível inserir isso no código ? Em funções? Ou pelo o Backend do sistema?
