Necesito ver los  resultados de 3 encuestas hechas mediante google forms. Poder visualizarlas en google data studio de una forma mucha mas atractiva visualmente.

Estoy implementando una encuesta a clientes de 3 tiendas de retail mediante un QR. Son 4 preguntas que recopilan datos mediante google forms. Necesito unificar los resultados de estas 3 encuestas en google data studio para que el análisis de la información sea visualmente mas atractiva y fácil de presentar. adjunto ejemplo de la encuesta (las 3 son iguales pero en distintas tiendas)
