We need a skilled Google Ads Specialist who not only understands the intricacies of Google Ads but also possesses expertise in conversion tracking and optimization tools. The goal is to drive high-quality leads and increase our conversion rates while maintaining an effective ad spend. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure they are reaching the right audience effectively. Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage tools for tracking conversions accurately, ensuring we can measure the success of our campaigns in terms of leads, appointments, and other key actions. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of the ads, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and overall ROI. Ad Copy & Creative: Develop compelling ad copy and creative that resonate with our target audience and encourage them to take action. Budget Management: Optimize ad spend to ensure we are getting the most out of our budget without sacrificing quality leads. Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights on conversion rates, cost per conversion, and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly in the health or wellness industry. Strong understanding of Google Ads tools, including conversion tracking and analytics. Ability to use data to optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates. Familiarity with various conversion optimization tools and strategies. Excellent communication skills to keep our team updated on progress and performance.
