Necesito un gestor de noticia simple en php que tenga los siguientes campos:

titulo    text    latin1_swedish_ci (Título de la noticia).    
Noticia    text    latin1_swedish_ci (Cuerpo de la noticia).
Link      text    latin1_swedish_ci (Un link a un archivo en la web).
Imagen    text    latin1_swedish_ci (Subir una imagen para la noticias).

Fecha    date (Fecha de Publicaci{on de la notcia, el usuario debe poner la fecha).
Dias_duracion    int(11) (Cuantos días la noticia va a estar en la página).

Que sea capaz de ingresar, modificar y eliminar noticias.

Esta aplicación estaba realizada en flash player pero como flash dejo de funcionar necesito dejarla en php solamente.
